KRAFTWERK acquires Jordan GmbH Metec Blechsyteme

With the acquisition of the production and distribution of Jordan GmbH Metec Blechsysteme as of 1 September, the Swiss Kraftwerk Group is expanding its product range and accelerating its global growth.  The business activities of Jordan Metec will be transferred to the newly founded Kraftwerk Industry GmbH & Co. KG and will continue to be managed from the current location in Stassfurt.

Kraftwerk Group AG is an internationally active Swiss company for high-quality professional hand tools and workshop equipment and was founded in 1979. Today, the group consists of six companies with three additional branches in France, Spain and Germany. Sustainability and the development and production of innovative products are central corporate goals and are intended to achieve substantial success. In total, Kraftwerk has over 150 employees and exports to over 20 countries worldwide.

Kraftwerk Industry has 40 employees who work continuously on the development and production of various industrial sectors. All products are created through knowledge and decades of experience and the result is sheet metal engineering of the highest standard.
